The curtain of Fifth Al Badi Football championship for Teachers of Wilayath Saham came down under the patronage of Undersecretary of the Ministry of Sports Affairs, HE: Sheikh Rashad Ahmed Al Hinai, in the presence of Sheikh Khamis Abdullah Al Badi (CEO of Al Badi Group), principals and teachers of participating schools and representatives of the local teamsand a number of attendees. The final match was held between school of Yarub & Ibdaue. The positive and interesting movements and attacks between two teams raised the temperature of match, but the official time remained as zero. Finally the penalty shootout supported the Yarub School with a margin of 3-2 and entitled the crown for the second time in history. The match was controlled by Mr.Ibrahim Al Sharqi and assisted by the line referees Mr. Abdul Hamid Al Amouri and Mr.Ibrahim Al Rawahi. While Yarub Bel Arab won the title of championship , Ibdaue School, Abdurahman Bin Auf School and Al Husain School respectively achieved second, third and fourth places. Top Scorer Mr.Asaad Marzouki and Best Player Mr.Mohammed Al-Shibli won the individual achievements. While Mr.Ali Al Berieki scored the best goalkeeper title, Mr.Nasser Al Qasimi selected as the best team mnager. The Fifth year tournament was blessed with presence of various teams from Balj Bin Aqaba, Al Ibadaue, Ka`b Bin Barsha, Arqam Bin Abil Arqam, Ubayy Bi Ka`ab, Al Khamail, Abdur Rahman Bin Auf, Yarub Bel Arab and Al Husain Schools.
